Pros: Quite spacious and convenient room. Hotel itself was not bad.

Cons: For two days, staffs were friendly but on the second day early in the morning the electricy was gone whole the building (elevater was stopped) I went down to the reception and informed it to the staff (he was sleeping). For an hour since then I packed luggage (with my cellphone light on) and went down for check out, and the staff was still sleeping, did nothing.

This suites is fantastic! The staff is amazingly humble and good manners!

Pros: The room is comfy, it has a lift close to main attraction in Bursa. And most importantly is the staff is humble, friendly ang a very good manners. They help us with the parking since we were driving from Istanbul. Thank you to all the staff please keep up the good work. Your services although its just a simple gesture is top notch.

Wonderful Family Accomodation

Pros: Location is best. Along fairly quiet street though surrounded by shops and eateries. Walkable to the prime area Bazaar which is a must for shopaholics. Short drive to cable station for Uludaq for snow. Unfortunately not much snow for ski when we went to Uludaq; still its picturesque surrounding is perfect for our family pictures. Bursa Suites accommodation itself is wonderful, clean and pleasant. Toiletries are provided though it will be nice to have toothbrush kit on offer. Salih as hotel manager is very kind, responsive and helpful, giving advice and options from transport to tours. Bursa Suites hotel is highly recommended, and definitely good value for money.

Wonderful Stay at Bursa Suites Apart Hotel!

Pros: We had a really pleasant stay at Bursa Suites Apart Hotel. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and the main attractions. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. A special thanks to both Abdullah, who was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to assist us and made us feel truly welcome. The rest of the team was also friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was an excellent experience — great service, comfortable rooms, and a warm, homely atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bursa!
