Good location, Good breakfast and very good staff but lack of maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms

Pros: The location is very good and staff are are very good as well. Breakfast is excellent with spacious breakfast hall.

Pros: very spacious room, good breakfast, plenty free parking around, very interesting Turkish thermal bath free for customers, value for money

Cons: because our room is at the corner of the hotel, wifi signal is not very strong with many broken periods

Very hospitable hosts.

Pros: We arrived very early morning after a long flight. Rather than forcing us to wait until check in time the gentleman at the front desk gave us the room so that we could get a much needed rest. We appreciated that a lot.

Cons: Place is a little dated, but still clean.

Pros: Belediye otobüsleri şehir merkezine otele yaklaşık 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinden, dolmuş taksiler ise şehir merkezine hemen otelin önünden hareket ediyor yalnız Bursa'nın trafiği nedeniyle ulaşmak biraz zahmetli.. Otel müdürü ve çalışanları ilgili, güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklılar. Bay-bayan ayrı havuz ve saunaları ile özel aile hamamı iyi düşünülmüş ve dizayn edilmiş. Yalnız SPA bölümüne otel harici müşteri almaları biraz düzensizliğe, kontrolsüzlüğe ve kalitesizliğe sebep oluyor gibi. Odalar geniş yalnız oda içi biraz hor kullanılmış ve yıpranmış..
