We had a very pleasant stay, with a great location and comfortable accommodation

Pros: The location was excellent – there is a mall just across the street with a supermarket inside, as well as plenty of restaurants and food options nearby. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. It is close to the main street, so there is some noise, but that is expected in a city of 15,000 people. Once the windows are closed, the sound insulation is very good. We stayed in February and it was very warm inside thanks to the excellent heating system.

Cons: We had issues with the internet connection almost every day. Sometimes it would stop working several times a day, and sometimes only in the evening. The connection would simply disappear and be unavailable for about 30 minutes, occasionally even longer. I contacted the reception each time, and they usually resolved it, with the internet coming back after around half an hour. Since I was working online during our stay, this caused some inconvenience, especially on days when the connection dropped two or three times. However, I would like to note that the staff responded quickly and the connection was eventually restored each time.

Pros: It was great this second time I stayed here, everything is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, the apartment is very clean and has everything available, the place is very clean, so this time I had a problem with the weak internet on the sixth floor

Pros: Great modern and clean apartments in a very good location. You can get some groceries nearby to make your own breakfast in the kitchen or just have a bite in the neighborhood.

Cons: Nearby there are some bars which could be a bit louder if you're not used to it. But the sound isolation of the windows were good to block it so it's all good.

If you want to feel at home while staying in Istanbul

Pros: We came to Istanbul for a medical operation, so we wanted to stay somewhere friendly where we could feel at home. The place is very kind, colorful, and cheerful, and it really has everything you need to feel comfortable. The rooms have a great atmosphere – even better in person than what we expected based on the photos. The location is also perfect: the metro and bus station are just a one-minute walk away, so it’s an excellent choice for anyone using public transport. Restaurants, shops, malls, and cafés are also just a minute away. There’s even a small convenience store right next to the accommodation. The reception staff were very friendly and always smiling, and they always asked if we needed anything. They were also very helpful on WhatsApp and answered all of our questions. We felt really good staying here.

Cons: If I had to mention one downside, it would be the noise. Although we’ve stayed in other places before where the situation was much worse, I honestly don’t know if it can be significantly better anywhere in Istanbul unless a place is fully soundproofed. We are very sensitive to noise, so if you’re also bothered by sounds at night, bring earplugs! A small broom and dustpan set in the room would be useful, and we also would have appreciated a dish sponge and dish soap. It’s possible that the room normally includes these, but since we checked in early, the cleaners may have simply forgotten to leave them.

convenient place to stay in istanbul.

Pros: near osmanbey metro so it was convenient to get around istanbul/to and fro airport. pretty decent neighbourhood with plenty of food and shopping choices. comes with a basket of snacks and kitchen tools so you dont need to worry about being hungry.

Cons: the air conditioner's cooling function only works if the room is hotter than the set temp, can get abit stuffy. if we use the window for ventilation, the car honking below can get abit loud, especially in the early morning. one of the counter staff was not very pleasant in handling the wifi/aircon issues, just kept asking us to wait for a whatsapp reply, which did not solve the problem at all.

Nice apartments

Pros: Nice clean apartments close to metro station. Good both for short or long stay. Welcome basket with snacks and water.

Cons: When I just booked apartment I received an offer for transfer to airport for 40 EUR. When I decided to get the transfer I was surprised that is already 55 EUR, what is not OK if you already did offer. So I just used Uber which was about 30 EUR only.

Not flawless but very good anyway!

Pros: Initially we booked this hotel because in price was included early check-in! When we arrived we found out the hotel changed our conditions and check-in was much later. But thanks to the guy named Burak at reception, the problem was solved out and we got what we expected! All in all this apart-hotel is not flawless but very good. Very close to metro and fully equipped kitchen! Nice touch is towels with embroidered hotel simbol (little bird)))!

Cons: Yellow bulbs with yellow ceiling was making rooms a little bit dark than we got used to!

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere, good staff. Good location

Cons: There wasn’t washing machine.

Pros: Great value for money. Great rooms, it’s like having your own apartment. Very comfortable, clean and safe. I’d def stay again

Cons: The night staff tried to get me to bribe them lol do not give in!
