A wonderful, warm atmosphere. I really liked it!

Pros: Very cozy and comfortable cottages. It feels very home-like. A caring host who provides maximum warmth and attention.

Cons: It was a bit unexpected that the street is almost not lit during the night. However, this does not affect my overall positive impression of the stay. As soon as you enter the yard, you feel at home.

Clean, Comfortable, and Well-Located

Pros: Everything was great! The staff were very kind and helpful, and the 24-hour reception was a big plus. The apartment was clean, well-equipped with all necessities, and in an excellent location near Tarabya seaside with a lovely Bosphorus view. Highly recommended!

Pros: Nice, quiet area close to the port and promenade, shops, restaurants, caffé. Appartment have aircondition and radiators - warm in winter. TV with netflix and youtube, stabile internet connection. Far from city centre /if planning to go/ and require time for transport due to trafic.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment

Pros: I stayed at the apartment 6. It was spacious, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. I understand most apartments there look different. I was happy with mine. Shower was great and mattress was comfortable. I could use air con without extra charges. The apartment was heated at night, which was lovely. The receptionists were super kind and helpful, they were always available physically and via WhatsApp. Mia Mia is a 10 mins walk to The Grand Tarabya hotel where we had our seminar. Pretty and peaceful area by the Bosporus. Supermarket nearby. Ferry station is about 30-40 mins walk. From there you can take a ferry to the city centre (1 hr ride), and to other places too.

Cons: I could hear people in the apartment next to mine easily. I brought extra strong ear plugs with me as I read the reviews and some people mention that. There was a stubborn cigarette smell in the apartment and I was given an air freshener which helped a little. But running the air con helped much more. Also the fridge had frozen my eggs and tomatoes and I had to throw them away. I have never seen frozen raw eggs before!))) I brought an eye mask as someone mentioned about the light coming through the windows near the ceiling. So the earplugs, eye mask and air freshener can improve your stay a lot! I loved everything else and still give my stay 5 stars.

Comfortable, worry free stay in a nice part of Istanbul

Pros: This hotel will give you peace of mind in Istanbul, where a big earthquake is expected to happen. It is single storey and I had my best sleep in Istanbul knowing me and my family were safe. Beds were comfortable, they did our laundry for a small fee, it is very close to one of the loveliest parts of Istanbul and the small garden out front was perfect for our son to play in.

Cons: There were ants in the kitchen and even though the staff used a product they didn't really go away. The shower cabin is extremely small. You need to ask the staff if you want your room cleaned. The walk to seaside can be dangerous at night as it is bumpy with no pavements at a part of the road and no street lights.

Comfortable and great value stay. Very close to the Bosphorus and Tarabya cafes and restaurants.

Pros: A great place very close to Tarabya centre and to the Bosphorus. A great value for money with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioners. Emin and Oguz made our stay very comfortable with their professional, courteous and friendly approach. Free parking is a huge plus.

Pros: Perfect location, quiet area. Clean and comfy appartments. Very polite and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it!🙂
