Pros: This place you’re feeling like at your home.Great customer support from receptionists,they are always friendly,helpful and kind.If you need anything they’re always finding solutions for your comfort.While I have a trip to Istanbul ,I always choose La Palace.Location is perfect,near by metro/metrobus and busses.You can reach nearly all Istanbul by public transportations.Clean,safe and good prices…Rooms are quite big and comfortable,with kitchen and wash machine very useful for long term trip or with family…Mr Osman the best owner I think long term experience with tourism.All team amazing.Many many thanks for my short trip and will come back soon.If you need good and safe place in Istanbul ,definitely La Palace is the best one…

Great Location. Great staff.

Pros: The reception staff and the owner were very nice and friendly. They offered us Turkish tea and coffee. They responded to complaints promptly and efficiently. Functional Kitchen; stayed for 24 nights and cooked everyday. Hotel is just opposite metro bus stop and Trump AVM mall. Location is superb.

Cons: Wi-Fi can be better but it didn’t ruin anything for me.

Pros: It is close to the metro, malls, nice environment and quiet.

Good value for money

Pros: The location, although far from Taksim, was good because the metro station was just 5 minutes away.Right next to the Trump Towers and a shopping center.

Cons: The apartment was extremely small for a family of five. Essentially, although we thought there would be five beds, there was only one double bed and two sofas, only one of which could be unfolded. We had to take turns sleeping in the bed to get some rest. Additionally, there was just one small bathroom. Our biggest issue was on the last night, right before we started our road trip back, when the room next door threw a party and were laughing and shouting until 5 in the morning. Despite our complaints and those of the reception, unfortunately, they did not stop. We didn’t sleep at all.

Pros: I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pros: The staff was always friendly and helpful. He helped us to book a 9 persons midi van to the airport in the very early morning with a reasonable price. The location of the building is almost in front of the backdoor of the Trump Tower Mall. very close to Metro (subway) and easy to reach the attractions. The rooms are spacious with kitchen; fridge & washing machine. Everyday they cleaned the apartment and provided toilet paper and clean towels.

Amazing staff and hotel

Pros: The staff of the property were really helpful and really friendly. The hotel is 2 minutes from a shopping centre and main road.

Pros: Location is perfect for this price. Personal is very friendly. First place in Turkey with good pillows and big blanket. Sleeping was perfect. Two different size child beds.
