Perfect location, clean and comfortable

Pros: Perfect location in Balat, close to Shops and restaurants and close to public transport for access to the city. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons: It was great and would return again.

Fantastic accommodation in a decent location

Pros: Large property, very clean, plenty of space, good location and accessible to most of Istanbul as it’s near to a tram and bus stop. The pool table was a nice bonus as well.

Cons: Nothing, one small thing to note though, the stairs are not entirely suitable for anyone with health conditions, out of shape or elderly, they are a little slippy due to being glossed and the lack of bannisters at times is precarious, the journey to the top bedroom is around 50 steps do bare that in mind.

Great stay in Balat, Istanbul

Pros: Everything was super clean and well kept. The downstairs pool table was super fun as a group of lads visiting. The location in Balat is great, with lots to see nearby. The host, Suleyman was very prompt with any issues and was very accessible on WhatsApp

Cons: The basement was hot on the first night as the fan didn’t work, but the host was very prompt in replacing the fan.

Pros: Amazing games room in the basement with a pool table all the rooms were spacious and clean when we arrived and it’s in a great location

Cons: The living room is slightly too small, but that’s just the nature of the building so it’s not the accommodations fault

Een heerlijk huis als basis om Istanbul te verkennen

Pros: Een heel fijn huis om te verblijven in wijk Balat. Rustige straat en om de hoek voldoende barretjes, restaurants en winkels. Boot, bus en tram zijn vlakbij en heel handig om de stad te verkennen. Wij verbleven met 5 volwassenen en vonden het een praktisch en gezellig huis. Echt een aanrader voor een gezin of vriendengroep.

Cons: Kan geen negatieve dingen bedenken. Je moet wel trappen kunnen lopen omdat het huis 4 etages heeft.
