Friendly Staff

Pros: We had a family stay. They gave us connecting rooms. We were very satisfied. Rooms are clean and air conditioners run cold. They offered a fruit plate. I would recommend it to everyone.

Nice location

Pros: We came from Saudi Arabia as a family. The rooms are the same as in the photo and clean. It is very similar to Trabzon in nature. The hotel is very close to places to visit in Sapanca, Masukiye and Ormanya. Breakfast and foods are delicious.

Cons: the staff is very caring, the hotel is very nice.
