Pros: Very good location. The ferry terminal, Marmaray, and metro are all within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help with any questions. The hotel is located in the heart of Kadıköy, a lively area full of cozy cafés and restaurants with cuisines from all over the world. There is also a nearby park where you can enjoy a pleasant walk at any time of day.

Great stay.

Pros: The room was large, modern and comfortable. The staff were absolutely lovely. Everyone from the front desk to the lady cleaning the room. They were kind, helpful, gentle and would go out of their way for you. The traditional Turkish breakfast was yummy!

We loved Dugi Hotel and would like to stay again.

Pros: The location is great for Kadikoy, you're near everything but away from the very noisy streets. The balcony with the view of Istanbul was lovely to have. The staff are very polite and friendly.

Perfect place to stay in Kadikoy

Pros: Excellent hotel in the heart of Kadikoy. The staff are great - super helpful, polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The location is perfect - easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. 10-15 mins walk to catch ferry to Princes Islands, Ballat, Sultanahmet, etc. Highly recommended.

Pros: Good location, close to metro, train & ferry. Friendly personnel. Offered free upgrade as our room was on ground floor and smaller but we liked the privacy so we kept the room.

Pros: The excellent customer service provided by Mohammed and his team. Mohammed is a real credit to the Dugi Hotel and should receive recognition for his very friendly and helpful manner. He made the stay very enjoyable The rooms were tastefully decorated and we were fortunate to receive an room upgrade from Mohammed

Cons: The water pressure in the shower was poor and, sometimes , hot water was not readily available and took a while before it functioned. This needs to be addressed asap. We did not find the Linen sheets comfortable and would have preferred standard cotton, but this is probably a personal choice. The walls are very thin, so the neighbour's noise is prevalent. At the door leading to the balcony, ( room 503) there is very strong evidence of moisture ( paint is chalking and blistering and the very cracked divider on the balcony needs to be addressed immediately.
