All is perefect

Pros: The room was very clean as we saw it on the booking application. also, Mrs Aynur who was cleaning our room was very kind and hardworking. she is very professional in her job. In total, everything was perfect. thanks a lot

Cons: there wasn’t any major thing to mention. just one thing I can note, the pillows can be smell much better than they are. they smelled a bit disinfectants.

Pros: From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcome. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and had such a peaceful vibe. But what really made it special was the staff - so warm, kind, and genuinely caring. They made me feel like part of the family. I honestly didn’t want to leave. Especially Umut and Khalid were so professional and welcoming and helped us with everything we needed and made the stay so much better. We’ll DEFINITELY come back.

Overall good !

Pros: Cleaning staff were extremely good and polite. The reception desk regular staff were fantastic and helped to book taxis for our commute.

Cons: Room to improve; they should provide a weighing scale at the front reception desk for luggage upon checking out. They should also provide luggage bubble wrap service like other hotels in Sultanmete. The breakfast buffet had less variety of hot dishes from other cousins or hot simit.
