Very good value for money

Pros: Excellent value for money in the location and compared to many of the other hotels nearby the facilities and staff are very good. For budget minded travellers it’s a good option in the heart of town.

Pros: Excellent location. Excellent value for money. Very helpful staff. Much better than most of the alternatives for the same price in the area.

Cons: The rooms can be very noisy on the street side. There is a club directly opposite. Depending on what happens around 4am it can be very boisterous. The rooms are very good though so pack a mask and ear plugs would be my recommendation.

Excellent stay in the heart of Taksim!

Pros: I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The receptionists were always kind and welcoming, greeting you with a smile every time you walked in. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Taksim, next to the M2 metro station which connects you easily to the rest of the city. It’s also just steps away from Istiklal Street, full of shops and restaurants, and about 20 minutes walking from the Galata Tower. The staff even allowed me to leave my luggage at the reception after check-out, which was very convenient. Given its central location, there was a bit of noise in the evenings, but that’s completely understandable. It’s right in the centre of Taksim, after all! Highly recommended!

Excellent value for money and a great stay.

Pros: Immaculate room and great value for money. Really competent people working there. Right in the heart of the action in Istanbul.

Cons: There was an adjoining door between the rooms. It was locked. But not soundproofed.

Pros: Excellent service from Farid, Baran, and Yusuf. They were professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Their support made my stay very pleasant.

Nice welcome nice one night stay

Pros: When I got to the hotel to check, in was met by a nice young polite man called Denis. He welcomed me with a nice big smile. He told me about the room and the check out. Another young lad that was there saw me up to my room (very good customer service). My room was very clean, I had a nice lovey big shower with plenty of hot running water. The hotel smelt fresh and clean. The hotel felt very welcoming, with a nice big front door and a nice clean red carpet.

Cons: Nothing no issues.

Pros: Good location next to Taksim. But noisy because of there are a lot of night clubs and cafes. If you party man - this place for you. Personal is very good.

Cons: Recommend to put clean towels.

Pros: My family and I had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff were truly caring, kind, and helpful. During our stay, my mother and my mother-in-law became unwell, and the staff supported us with so much kindness — from helping with moving them, to arranging hospital appointments, and even speaking with the doctor. Among them, a young man named Farid was like an angel to us with his wonderful attitude, patience, and smile. 🌹 This kindness and humanity made the difficult days so much easier. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant, and the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel like we were at home. I am truly grateful for the excellent care and support of the staff, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone.
