Pros: There are a few things to note. You're not staying in the palace itself, as some of the advertising might suggest, but in a building adjacent to it, though still directly adjacent. You can use the palace's beautiful promenade, and it's not overcrowded. The palace is located on the hotel grounds. A wonderful outdoor pool overlooks the Bosporus; it's well-heated and suitable for swimming even on winter time. The staff is helpful with everything, and the service is excellent. If your room has a side view of the Bosporus, not all rooms have a view of the bridge. The night view with the illuminations is magnificent. Good pillows and a large selection. White peacocks in the garden.
Cons: Nothing to add

Pros: The location, the building, the service, the breakfast -all top notch!
Cons: I had dinner at Ruya restaurant. It was good but not to the level of all the rest!

Room was beautiful but expected much better service and more relaxed stay !
Pros: The room was quiet, large, light and beautiful. House keeping team were great - both in terms of cleanliness and also providing toddler amenities to my 3-year old. That was really much appreciated.
Cons: Service at the hotel was generally not great. The hotel was full due to St. Valentine's Day and there were visibly crowds of outsiders visiting the Ciragan. It felt too busy and not very relaxing. There was a lot of pressure on us to book one of the hotel restaurants for St. Valentine's evening, because all of them were full of outsiders, who came only for the night. I would have expected the hotel to prioritize hotel guests over outsiders but this was not the case. Nobody seemed to care whether you were staying at the Ciragan, or just came to visit and walk around. We ended up having St. Valentine's dinner in town as they could not offer a good option for us. We had our toddler with us, who still uses a push chair when she gets tired or for her afternoon nap. When walking around alone in the hotel grounds with the push chair (I am also visibly pregnant), I had trouble finding someone to help me bring the push chair up or down the stairs. This is not the case at other 5 star hotels we usually stay at (for example, the Four Seasons next door). Service at breakfast was substandard, especially during the weekend. They forgot our coffee and fresh juice orders repeatedly, gave my husband's omelet to someone at another table (so we had to wait for new one), approached again the table next door with my egg order. They also did not have a table for us. I witnessed how they gave the table we had asked for to someone, who came right after us. Variety at breakfast was ok but generally the food was not very tasty. We decided to use the spa on our first day (there was heavy rain in Istanbul). To our utmost surprise the spa was very cold, especially the pool room, and the water in the pool was also quite cold. After we complained, they called maintenance but also said it would take at least 2 hours to warm up the room temperature. We ended up not using the spa at all.

Comfortable Room, Underwhelming Dining Experience
Pros: It was a great stay overall. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable, which made it easy to fully relax. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout, and the breakfast was fantastic with a great selection to start the day.
Cons: The food at the Michelin star restaurant was unfortunately underwhelming and did not meet our expectations. Given the reputation, we had anticipated a more refined and memorable dining experience. In contrast, the Italian restaurant next door was much better. The dishes were more enjoyable, and the staff were noticeably more attentive and welcoming, which made for a far more pleasant evening overall.

Almost perfect
Pros: The hotel was incredibly comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly
Cons: I had room service one evening and ordered the 75 euro mixed grill. It was surprisingly very disappointing. Everything else was great.

The breathtaking beauty of Çiragan Palace Kempinski lies in its majestic Ottoman architecture, stunning Bosphorus views,
Pros: Our stay at Çiragan Palace was truly wonderful. The enchanting atmosphere and impeccable service enveloped us in a state of pure bliss. The facilities are impeccably maintained and spotless, while the cuisine is consistently delicious. Breakfast was exceptional, as were the offerings at the Gazebo. We also had the pleasure of dining at the Italian restaurant Bellini, and as Italians ourselves, we were genuinely amazed by the outstanding quality of the food. The New Year's Eve celebrations and New Year's Day brunch were flawless in every detail. Its tranquil location, yet so centrally positioned amid Istanbul's most captivating sights, makes this hotel a true rare gem. Special thanks to Ms. Didem, who welcomed us with warmth, attention, and utmost professionalism, instantly putting us at ease. The concierge team also handled our travel arrangements flawlessly. We will return soon-this palace must be an absolute paradise in spring.

Excellent historical palace hotel on the bosphores, very friendly staff, and excellent breakast.
Pros: Breakfast was excellent and the room had a very nice view on the bosphores. The closet space was limited due to communicating space with the other room. There were more hangers in the small closet, we could hang much clothes.
Cons: The closet space.
