Overall, very good value for money!

Pros: The location was 5-10 minutes walk to subway or tram,rooms looked exactly as on picture, the beds and staff were extremely nice!

Cons: The breakfast didn't have lots of choice, mainly vegetables, the part where hotel is located has very dirty streets and it sometimes felt unsafe

Very pleasant.

Pros: The support service here was amazing. Mehmet in specific was very kind and any queries I had we're promptly facilitated for. The breakfast was nice, the rooms were clean and if i had any question or requirement, it was met. I'd like to thank all the staff at bona sera hotel and in particular Mehmet for being very accomodating and helpful with my first visit to istanbul.

Lovely clean

Pros: Lovely staff, would definitely book again all very hospitable. Breakfast was nice 😋. Had to extend our stay staff where happy to help and give the same room again.

Worth the price!

Pros: We have a lot to say about Bona Sera Hotel.❤️ First of all, we arrived to Istanbul early and they gave us key to have a rest. Free early check in and breakfast was great after tiring day. They were all so polite, helpful, positive. Room was little bit small but to be honest we weren’t waiting for anything else. Everything was clean, everything was working. After check out we were able to leave luggages at hotel and took a rest after shopping before our flight too. Thank you so much!
