Pros: Quick check-in and no fuss when I had to check-out one day early, (and a refund was arranged promptly).

Cons: No issues at all.

Pros: Very good location and reasonable cost. We came by big group at 7am (!) after very long flight and hotel manager provided early check-in for all 8 rooms, did some room upgrade, invited to breakfast for free of any charges!

Pros: I like the room very much, it was spacious and very clean. The manager has allow me for late check out without extra charges. It’s was very kind of him. I will definitely still in this hotel in my next trip to gebze. All staff especially at reception were very friendly and helpful. Tqsm and really recommend all to stay in this hotel.

Pros: breakfast is the same everyday , no new dishes no improvements

Cons: they charge 75 TL if you fail to giveback room key upon checking out. They did not say such information when checking in!!!

In Gebze probably the best hotel with fair prices

Pros: very friendly and helpful Receptionists above all Mr. Eray and the blond Lady ! rooms very clean and huge ! location with many good restaurants and shopping possibilities !
