Pros: I stayed there 3 nights, everything was very good. The staff was very helpful

Pros: I like the staff, they speak all languages, the breakfast was large choice and clean and also the room.

Pros: The staff are so welcoming and humble. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety each day there was a variation. Kids had cereal and we enjoyed the Turkish breakfast aswell as the chocolate cake! 😅 the hotel is So clean. The ladies that came round in the morning for room service promptly and were very professional. Topped up on the teas, coffees, replaced bedding and towels as well as a good clean as you would expect. Location was really good near buses and trams to where we wanted to visit. Food places around the area and a supermarket not far. Overall it is in a good safe neighbourhood and actually have no complains or anything bad to say about the staff or the property itself.

Pros: Great friendly owners. Perfect location. The room was very cosy, and bathroom was also clean and sufficient. Garage for a car is definately a bonus!

Pros: The personal are very friendly and lovely. Breakfast is very nice and everything is fresh. The Hotel place is in center of Bursa in very beautiful place. Rooms are clean and you have everything in there. Secade-carpet for prayer was also in room and that makes me very happy. I recommend this hotel for your stay in Bursa Eyvallah

Pros: The service was excellent from the very beginning. Our rooms were available, clean and big enough. They also offered us parking for our cars, but most importantly they stayed with us during one hour in the night helping us to book ferry tickets from a Turkish website. We would not have done it without them, they even payed with their own credit card and allowed us to use the hotel data to filling the online forms. We strongly recommend to book with them.

Pros: The room was clean and the people working there were kind and willing to help. Good breakfast.
