Amazing apartment with helpful staffs!

Pros: It’s a new property. Big rooms with helpful staffs.

Cons: A bit far from the tourist area.

Pros: The location is perfect. Parking in the property secure carpark made it easy to get out and about. Rare find for Istanbul. The facilities for a week stay were also impressive, clothes washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ironing board. Restaurants and supermarkets at your doorstep.

Cons: Amenities did not include cleaning detergents such as dishliquid or dishwasher tablets, sponge, wipes or clothes washing powder. These products I purchased from the supermarket. However, when I did ask the staff I was provided with adequate cleaning product they used until I bought my own.

Great stay

Pros: Staff polite and helpful Apartment big room with large living room Good location to reach the Metro and the Metro bus. First night we come very late check in and they organised to booked another excellent hotel near the the apartment. Excellent customer service

Perfect location

Pros: It is an apart hotel and the flat has a dishwasher and washing machine in addition to the amenities of a 4 star hotel room. Furthermore, Tuncay and the other reception staff are very helpful. Location is perfect with close proximity to public transport access to every corner of the city including both airports.

Cons: The room was not completely clean.

3 Night stay with Family

Pros: We stayed at this premise for 3 Nights( 2 adults and 2 kids). Its a fully furnished 1 bed room apartment and gives you a home like feeling. It has amenities like Washing machine with dryer, TV, Fridge, Oven, Iron,dish washer etc. The receptionist was quite supportive. The flat was quite spacious and we enjoyed our stay here.

Cons: 1) The metro is around 1.2 km far, so quite a walk. However, good thing is that bus stop is just 400 m away. 2) They should provide micro wave over also as its easier to heat food.Also better to provide dish washing liquid if we want to cleanup the plates 3) After booking the property and contacting on Whatsapp the host was not that responsive. So was quite worried that upon check-in if they have the same behavior. Luckily this didn't turned to be the case. They should improve their online communication.

Pros: Great location. The peace of mind of having somewhere to park. Spacious apartment and friendly staff.

Cons: The kitchen could be equipped a little more with crockery and detergents.

Great location, great apartments, good staff

Pros: - spacious rooms - full kitchen - feels like your own apartment - Ms. Hatice was really kind and helpful with all of our requests. We will definitely come back

Cons: Let me tell you something: - horrible internet (i had to use cellular data to survive) - low quality beds: we tried two beds, both of them made noises with the smallest of movement

Pros: Great location. Plenty of space for us. Very quiet. Having a kitchen is great with a toddler.

Cons: would have been helpful to have dishwashing soap, detergent and a sponge for cleaning dishes.

Pros: Все отлично! Персонал супер-вежливый, номер очень удобный и комфортный. Мы оставались всего на день и не очень рассмотрели окрестности, но без труда выбрались поужинать в центр пешком. А еще рядом есть классная историческая пекарня с божественной пахлавой!
