Overall it was a good value for money.

Pros: Good location, clean, comfortable we had everything we needed.

Cons: The toilet was a bit shaky

Pros: The room was nice and cozy, with well-managed bathroom. Air conditioner worked perfectly, we had enough dishes to cook by ourselves. The staff is very friendly and professional - especially Madonna. The terrace upstairs is a wonderful place to relax and have a drink.

Cons: The stove has only one section - not enough. Also, sometimes it disconnects. Too much ice in the frigde. Air conditioning in bathroom wasn't sufficient. But overall, it's all minor and doesn't affect on pur enjoyment of being in this place ;)

Very comfortable and clean.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean. The owner was lovely and met us at the property to check in. In walking distance from a lot of attractions and Simit cafe is great for a meal.

Cons: We didn’t have any control of the heating and it got a bit hot so we had to rely on the aircon.

Small but everything you need

Pros: The hosts were very helpful, communicative and responded very quickly to all our questions. The building is very secure. It was good to have a kitchenette to be able to cook a quick meal.

Cons: The apartment is pretty small but I think that's reflected in the price. A bit far from the main attractions but we didn't mind the walk and getting to see things along the way.

Pros: Amazing place - clean, comfort, communicative location and a great price! They allowed us to leave our baggage till 9 PM after the reservation!

Cons: Some repairment is needed in the bathroom.

Pros: The room was clean and new, had everything including the fridge, AC, dishes, towels etc. Very convenient location, close to the metro, tram and the bus to the new airport. Many restaurants around. The staff spoke English and Russian

Cons: You have to walk up the stairs that are not very convenient, however i got help with the suitcase, so it was not a big problem

Pros: Excellent mini hotel 3 minutes from the Metro, the room is very clean, be sure to return even

Perfect accomodation for a few nights stay. Right in the heart of Istanbul. Loved our stay. Even booked another night

Pros: The owner was extremely accomodating and very responsive to messages. When our flight was delayed he waited until 3 am to check us in

It is a great place. Cozy and clean. A good location as well.

Pros: I reserved it for my aunt. I was very picky and when I read the comments about this mini hotel, I really liked it. I asked my aunt about the hotel and she said it was much much better. Everything was great according to her. And I was happy too. The host/ess was very friendly as well, I messaged him/her and he/she was eager to help. When I visit Istanbul next time, I am gonna stay in this place for sure.

Cons: My aunt didn't mention anything that is negative about this place. Everything was top notch according to her.

Comfortable and clean suites for a low price

Pros: Very clean and comfortable apartments, in walking distance to Hagia Sofia. The staff is very friendly and was waiting for us even after our flight got delayed.

Cons: Wifi speed could be a bit better
