It is a good place to rest and very centrally located.

Pros: The owner is very polite. The apartment is comfortable and big enough. The waking machine is very handy. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. The A/C is very helpful.

Cons: There were some little things that were half broken like the toilet seat, the main door did not close good, the shower had stains... But generally speaking is a good place to rest and very centrally located.

Pros: The location was nice. The manager Erkem was super helpful. Would stay here if I ever get the chance.

Pros: Absolutely quiet place near Sultanahmet. There is all You need to stay. Part of furniture looks wonderful. Host was very nice.

Cons: You should know that toilet is in the bedroom. There was only one tee spoon, sofas in room shabby.

Pros: Our flight was delayed but despite that our host was there waiting to let us in and show us everything we needed to know, that was much appreciated. We loved the location, very easy to walk to all the major attractions. The host has the Art cafe nearby and breakfast there was good.

Cons: The bathroom was a little small but perfectly functional, good shower and plenty of hot water. There is a mosque very close so the 'Call To Prayer' is an early wake-up call! However I expect that would be heard in every accommodation in Istanbul!

Perfect place, especially for those who want to relax and experience more then tourist attractions.

Pros: Quiet, even a bit rural ambient of the street with small cozy restaurants. You have opportunity to immerse into the local daily life. After few days, having chance to sit outside, at front of the hotel, you feel like local, watching daily life of people, events in the opposite mosque-gardens or playing with local cats, always grateful for snacks. The best therapy I can imagine. Very friendly owner with his wife drives a cozy art-restaurant 50m away, perfect for breakfasts, reading books or just resting after overwhelming tourist-day.

Good location, nice supportive manager, poor interior.

Pros: Location was excellent walking distance to all the major historic mosques and palaces and ten minute by taxi or metro to the whalf. The manager was a helpful and very friendly organising taxis to and from the airport. A very nice supportive man.

Cons: The property is traditional Turkish interior but is old and in need of renovations. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, washing machine was very old and did not work properly. The kitchens and bathrooms were in a poor condition. Looks nice from the outside but not on the inside.

Pros: Comfortable living and very central to all the attractions , specially Sultan Ahmed square. It's location is just in front of small Ayasofia Mosque.

Cons: Wash room was small

Pros: Staff were very nice. Location wise is excellent. Most areas are within walking distance.

Perfect location for sigtseeing - Key attractions in walking distance. Stylish, clean accommodation.

Pros: It was a very quiet place in center of large town. Walking distance to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Blue Mosque. Apartment is very stylish and beautifully decorated. There are many restaurants in the area. Price is very attractive compared to other apartments in that location

Cons: Kitchen could have been equipped a bit better.

We had lovely stay Mr. Erdam and his son are very pleasant, lookforwared to repeat experience.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay, nice and sunny flat, easy to get to the attractions. Great for preparing light meals, we had a fridge, dishwaher, washing machine, ketle and a electrical one eye stove. Great for family of 4-5 people.

Cons: I was a bit dissapointed with the kitchen and bathroom lighting, very dim in th evening especially the bathroom. but nothing major.
