Pros: A large apartment with 3 full bathrooms (shower + toilet), which is very convenient when traveling with a large group Great location. Within walking distance to the metro and the T1 tram line. The building is located on a flat street with no steep climbs, which makes it very comfortable. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but the building has an elevator, and during our stay it was fully operational. The elevator arrives directly into the apartment, which is also very convenient. The hosts were very kind and pleasant to communicate with. The apartment had plenty of kitchenware and lots of fresh towels. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Right next to the building there are many shops and fruit & vegetable stores, as well as a currency exchange.
Cons: The elevator operates only with a key card, and the apartment provides only one key, which is not very convenient when there are many people. However, there is a lockbox with a code downstairs where you can leave the key. This was very helpful for us — everyone could enter the apartment whenever they wanted without depending on the others. The only minus is that if you are already in the apartment and your friends or relatives cannot walk up the stairs, you will have to go down each time with the elevator card to bring them up.

Pros: La casa è grande, fornita di tutto, molto pulita e in posizione perfetta (vicino fermata Aksaray). Il gestore è molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Dovessi tornare a Istanbul soggiornerei senza dubbio ancora qui

Pros: Apartament spațios, așa cum este descris. Toate utilitățile au fost ok. Ai tot ce îți trebuie ca să te descurci pe cont propriu (de aceea îți iei apartament 😂😉)
Cons: Parcarea este o problemă, ca de altfel în tot Istanbulul (asta pt cei care vin cu mașina). Nu am avut la dispoziție cartela de acces la lift....și asta a însemnat să mergem pe scări de mai multe ori până la etajul 4.

Pros: Очень хороший район, хорошая транспортная развязка.
Cons: Нас было 8 человек, кроватей было на 7 человек (2 двуспальных и 1 односпальная), 8 человеку пришлось спать на очень неудобном диване. Утюг нечищеный. Пожелание: приобрести сейф для документов и денежных средств

Pros: L'emplacement. Vraiment proche de tout. L'hébergement est stratégiquement placé. Le quartier est bien desservi en transport en commun.
Cons: Il manque un peu de rangement mais c'est vraiment rien. Il manque quelques chaînes pour la télé.
