We had a great stay!

Pros: Staff we interacted with were helpful and easy to communicate with. They accommodated our reasonable requests when they could, which my family appreciated. The apartment itself is well situated in Sultanahmet -- easy walk to the Blue Mosque area, and the tram which gets you everywhere in istanbul. There is a sea of shops and available groceries nearby, available 24/7. The apartment is up a flight of steps and there is no elevator, but staff met us and helped us with our suitcases. Strong A/C inside the apartment was much appreciated in the istanbul summer heat. Beds were comfortable and sufficient beddings, linens, amenities, etc. were provided. Place was clean and view was amazing. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
