Cosy flat with a garden in central Kadikoy

Exceptional stay! Would recommend to anyone

Pros: Very central, just a few minutes walk to coffee shops, supermarkets, food places. Stayed in the flat with my mum with enough room for us both, bed was comfortable as was the sofa bed. Flat was very clean honestly could not complain about anything. The host was extremely helpful always checking in asking if we needed anything and went out his way to help me one day even though it was my own fault. Nothin at all was a bother for him.

Pros: The host was very attentive with everything that we needed. The apartment is clean and it has everything you need. For us, the location was perfect: quiet and close to everything.

Best location, self contained, comfortable, helpful host.

Pros: Property was right in the centre. No need for taxi just walk out the door. Everything you need inside the apartment and an outdoor area. On top of that fabulous owner who stayed in touch was helping me to send luggage home however suddenly I had to return home so came and called a taxi and made sure it arrived. I would definitely be staying here again if I get the opportunity to return to Turkey

Pros: Very helpful host. Quiet little terrace, where you could relax and have a nightcap after a busy day in the city. Interesting neighbourhood, abandoned buildings in our street, but therefore very quiet, and nevertheless only some steps to busy places. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Pros: The friendliest and most helpful host I have ever met! The location and the flat were perfect .

Pros: Everything was practical and simple, nice and cozy apartment with everything you need for both short-term and long-term stay. Located in a peaceful street in probably the best neighborhood in Istanbul — Kadıköy.

Place was perfect, just as advertised and the host was so kind!

Pros: The place was just as advertised!!!! It’s perfect for a couple but we were three friends and it was just as good!! The street is very quiet and the terrace (inner backyard) is so nice to have breakfast or chat with your friends :) But the best part was the host, he was so atentive and kind the whole time, we even asked for specific recommendations and he was so nice to even make a call to make sure a place was open!!! Very fhankfull, I recommend it a lot!!!

Perfect place to stay.

Pros: Location is perfect, Cihan's hospitality is excellent, the apartment is so clean, neighbourhood is quiet. Definitely recommended.

Pros: The place was very clean, and big. The same like on pictures. The owner was very polite and helpful. Recommend this place to everybody.

I would certainly stay in the same location next time I am in Istanbul.
