Spacious Apartment with Great Amenities

Pros: The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. I particularly liked the large bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The space is bright, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, with plenty of room to relax. The balcony would have been lovely if the weather had been better, but unfortunately, we didn’t get to use it much. The heating works perfectly, and the location was very convenient for the purpose of my visit. Metro station, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and cafés/restaurants are all located within the complex. I would happily stay here again.

Cons: Even though the heating was great, the water in the shower was not warm enough for me. The location may not be ideal depending on your travel plans.

Cons: room size

Pros: We loved staying in the flat — it's a very quiet place. It has everything you need for a normal household. There’s a store right outside the building and many more nearby. We cooked our dinners easily. The flat is next to the Mimar Sinan Metro station, and there are plenty of mosques within a 10–20 minute walk, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Big thanks to our host Ahmet, who was always available to answer our questions and guide us in the right direction whenever needed. We’re looking forward to planning another trip to the same place.

Good place to stay

Pros: I stayed here with 2 cats for 2 months and it was a good stay. The room is spacious, has microwave/hobs to cook on, good shower pressure, and was very clean when moving in. It’s not centrally located but is less than 1 minute to Mimar Sinan station and only takes ~1 hour by metro to Beyoğlu/Kadiköy which is normal for Istanbul. It has a lot of supermarkets, malls, and restaurants nearby. The doormen and staff were all lovely.

Cons: The hotel is advertised as pet friendly at no extra fee but I had to pay a 1000€ deposit to bring my cats which is a bit misleading. The heating wasn’t very good but the room had a fleece blanket so it was fine.

Pros: Well equipped and very close to metro station. Host is very friendly.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The tower and apartment is very clean and very quite and i was so happy, i have my dad an old man and he quite very comfortable after he got out of hospital and all facilities was greet,

Cons: the location for city centre is quite far but if you have your own car will be ok . one important point that if you have a car and you ask vally to take it for you to parking, you need to check the meter as i found that they used it during night which is the only thing i didnt like about place.

Pros: просторные apartments, красивая terrace, рядом много продуктовых shops и очень близко metro station.

Cons: в квартире нет чистящих и моющих средств, отсутствуют средства личной гигиены, нет microwave. персонал don't speak English, поэтому было difficult to understand при заселении и выселении.

Had everything I needed and was comfortable

Pros: Fantastic! Had everything I needed for 2 week stay. There’s a grocery store, Starbucks and pharmacy downstairs. Taxis are plenty. Metro station practically on premises. Restaurants attached to building. Larger grocery store two blocks away. Mall of Istanbul is 5 stops away on metro. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of blankets. Washing machine worked great. Drying rack was large. They have heaters in every room. They have no microwave but they had a toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, cooking supplies etc.

Cons: There’s no cleaning service so you have to clean it yourself. The towels are like sandpaper so used the softer hand towel as my main body towel. So definitely towels were a problem.

Pros: It was clean , free parking and calm in addition good access to main roads. The host Mr.Ahmet was very respectful and cooperative man . Thanks to him.
