Garden Room Suit Hotel

Pros: From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff was very helpful. We arrived at night and received a bowl of fruit and extra bedding from Husan. In the morning, the receptionist was very nice and offered us coffee. When I felt unwell, the hotel manager took me to the pharmacy so I could buy some medicine. Best regards to everyone!

They genuinely care about their guests, always trying to make you happy and ready to help at any time. Nur’s kindness and availability are rare, it was such a pleasure to meet her and interact with her every morning. She always went out of her way to help me. The owner is also wonderful, incredibly helpful, and was there for us during stressful moments of our stay. All the staff are friendly, smiling, and make you feel at home. As for the rooms, clean, renovated, and perfectly equipped with everything you need to be completely independent. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which is super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation! You won’t find better service anywhere — guaranteed. 🌟

Pros: The staff specially Mr. Husam, he was kind and polite. My stay was for business. The hotel is modern and clean.

Pros: Great room , new furniture , high quality finishings, the lower level rooms also have a terrace . Good price/ quality ratio, good choice if you travel by car.

Cons: When we arrived , the window curtains with their support where on the floor next to the bed (the support screws broke). We signaled this to the reception but they didn't fix it during our stay. We had to balance the suport and curtains on the window frame .

Lovely stay

Pros: Early check in was available which was great, as our flight landed really early. We were given a complimentary breakfast when checking out which was a really nice touch. The private garden patio area directly from our room was a nice surprise.

Cons: The shower didn't get hot, but we only told reception on check out. I'm sure it would have been sorted if we brought it to the staff's attention sooner.
