Pros: + good value for money + Spacious and clean + Super central + Whatever other people wrote: + the dinning table has a very good size for two people + The bathroom is now a separate room in the sleeping room. + No smell or humidity enters the sleeping room + Yes, the bathroom has (now fully blinded) glass walls and noise gets through but that is also true for gypsum walls or badly insulated bathroom doors you frequently encounter in old apartments / hotel rooms + Mattress comfort is highly subjective, so it doesn’t affect my rating. For reference, I’d rate this one a 5 on a scale of 1 (super soft) to 5 (very firm); I love 5. :-)

Cons: - the landlord could not provide two separate instead of one big blanket - After moving in the electric heating takes half a day to warm up the high ceiling room inn the old building. Ask the landlord to switch on the heating well before arrival ! - first floor in a narrow street - there is not much daylight in the apartment. No daylight at all in the sleeping room.

Amazing stylish apartement near Galata Tower

Pros: I is so lovely and stylish apartement, that I was really loving it. Antique style furniture fitted excellent in this building with history. Comfortable big bed, good shower and big fridge. Location is excellent, very near to walk to Galata Tower. Self check in was easy and communication with owner by messages was quick and easy. Thank you for wonderful experience!

Very good value quality price ! We felt like we were home, the kitchenette was useful and we loved it here.

Pros: We had a really good time : it’s huge, comfy, we felt at home and the balcony is very cool.

Cons: It may have been a little noisy at some point but it was really ok

Good location in charming old building close to

Pros: Good location. Responsive host. Reasonable space. Good shower. Nice bakery downstairs and lots of good restaurants/cafes close by. Really close to Galata Tower.

Cons: On 3rd floor up circular stairs made it difficult to carry luggage up. Would be good to have some basic tea, coffee available.

Comfortable flat in a great location

Pros: Fantastic location. Flat had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons: Stair access is very steep. A narrow circular staircase required care when carrying bags up and down.

Pros: Great apartment, great location, the owner is very kind. I recommend it.

Pros: Great location, good value very clean and well decorated. Close to metro and tunel tram and bars etc. Very good communication with manager. Overall a great stay.

Cons: Only issue being mid summer and no AC in apartment if you feel the heat, especially sleeping in the bedroom.

Pros: Cosy old apartment at perfect location - near Istiklal street and Galata Tower. There is very close a Multi-story parking lot for 10 Euro/day. One can walk to Taksim squire; Egyptian Market is 25 min away, walking, whereafter can proceed to Grand bazar.

Cons: The apartment features bathroom, along with toilet, located into the bedroom. The bathroom and bedroom are separated vertically by sliding glass door, as the bathroom has no ceiling, hence it is interconnected with bedroom space. There is not any ventilator which to carry away the vapours and smells into the ambient. For a solo traveller like myself, the issue is minor, but for two persons, I believe it would be quite uncomfortable. There is no Air condition, while the provided portable fan cannot help with humidity when the ambient temperature is over 30 deg Centigrade.

Generally a good apartment

Pros: Washing machine was good. Size of apartment was more than adequate. Good location, near metro and shops.

Cons: Small tight bathroom with no exhaust fan. Lack of natural light in the bedroom area.
