Pros: The apartment is great and the location is just perfect.

Cons: The only minor problem might be that it is quite noisy in this area during the night, but it shouldn't be a problem when you are on holiday.

Pros: The apt is quite cute, modern industrial style, same as it is showed in the pictures. The host gave all necessary info regarding the front door code and placement of the key. And that suits us great. Also he texted us before our flight from home and afterward when we come to apt, recommended some good restaurants in the hood. The location of apt is excellente 👌. Metro is close, Istiklal street - 1 min distance, this is a beautiful hood with many music shops around and a lots of tourists.. we were at the 3rd floor with nice balcony and our dog love it :) It is not a very quite hood, we noticed that the first night, BUT the next day we didn’t even notice any of that :) I think the overall experienced was overwhelming 🤗 So in the end, warm recommendation for this place if you like to spend your time/holiday in Istanbul and taste a bit of local atmosphere 👌

Excellent location

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of Beyoglu. It’s a cozy apartment with good a/c. Excellent spot to people watch, yet it’s quiet at night and we feel v safe during our stay.

Cons: The stairs! It’s hard to go up / down the narrow staircase with luggage.

Beautiful apartment, exactly as on photos!

Pros: The apartment was perfect for 2 people, the balcony was nice as well! Close to tourist attractions and to the metro. The apartment was very clean!

Cons: Nothing that we didn’t like, but just some tips for the host: towels are quite hard, might be nice to replace them with some softer ones. 4 coffee cups for a week stay for 2 people is a bit less, would be nice to get some more. Soap in the bathroom would be nice to wash hands (instead of only in the kitchen).

Pros: Charming character apartment in an excellent location! We had a delightful stay.

Cons: The neighbourhood can get a bit rowdy at night - so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. (It is, however, a central and 'happening' area - which is a plus!)

Уютные, чистые, милые, стильные апартаменты!

Pros: В самом центре — это супер! Транспорт в 2 шагах. Рядом кафе, маленькие магазины с продуктами, а также довольно приличный магазин Show. Все, что нужно имеется в достатке и на кухне, и ванных комнатах. Очень удобно, что ванных комнаты 2. Сами апартаменты очень уютные, компактные, чистые. Очень стильный дизайн интерьера, приятное и продуманное освещение. Хозяин постоянно на связи (WhatsApp или через Booking). Очень большой балкон на 3-м этаже. Шум людей не особо мешал. Барабанов мы не слышали (может из-за того, что жили на 3-м этаже. Лифта нет, но в центре Стамбула это норма, не считаю это недостатком. 10 из 10!

Cons: Раскладной диван немного не удобный, железные кружки на кухне — горячо пить)). Кран на кухне — слабый напор, приходилось набирать воду в чайник в ванной. Но это все не испортило впечатление от проживания.

Лучше ожиданий!!!

Pros: Отличное расположение. В сердце города рядом метро, магазины и кафе. Транспортная доступность отличная. В апартаментах идеально чисто. Все необходимые удобства для краткосрочного и долгосрочного пребывания. Огромный балкон для отдыха. ТВ, интернет.

Cons: Район шумный, вечером, особенно по пятницам улица мешает спать. К апартаментам ведет крутая винтовая лестница. Учитывайте это если у вас дети или пожилые люди
