Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Special thanks to the reception staff (Mert, Busra and Recep) for their warm hospitality and professionalism, they were always friendly and eager to help, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant.

Pros: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at WestSide Residences by Rotana. The service was excellent and the staff were extremely kind and professional. Special thanks to Ahmed, Botu, Recep and Busro – they were very helpful, friendly and made me feel welcome during my stay. They really went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well organized. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back again!

Cons: We asked 3 times for a kettle (it was supposed to exist in the room amenities) - finally I borrowed one from a colleague's room. Not so clean (for an apartment of this category).

28 day stay at Rotana

Pros: Staff were excellent. A special thanks to Hakhan and Aykud who were exceptional in their service. Thank you.

Cons: Airconditioners were not serviced on time as was evident with the dirty filters when requested to fix non working aircons in room. . Lack of smoking areas as when the 4th floor is closed guests have to go outside the hotel to smoke and unbearable during winter cold nights. Guests need to be informed if the fire drill is a false alarm as we had to run down 30 floors with a sick child only to find out that it was a false alarm. There are no muster points and no safety champion to coordinate guests or update guests. Keep safety kits at the reception and not with the security. Check windows are sealed and periodically service shower traps to avoid the bad stench.

Pros: The manager Mr. Fatih is a greay person. He made our stay better with his kind communication and help in any problem. He helped us in many things and therefore we extended our stay with this hotel for the rest of our vacation. The staff are nice. Breakfast is various and nice too. We took an apartment with city view and it is totally worth it.

Cons: We You need taxi to get anywhere and it is costly
