Huge appartment convenient for long stay, only some details to be improved
Pros: Very spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. Floor to ceiling windows all around, plenty of storage space. Very well secured both building and parking which was always available. Access to pool of pullman hotel is a bit complicated, you have to go out of building, but we anyway used it only once since the water was quite cold. Spacious bathrooms, towels and bedding are brand new and white.
Cons: Position of building is unconvenient if you are without car, TV didn’t work, but we anyway do not watch it even at home, so we didn’t miss it at all. When we first came, floors and all the surfaces were very dirty, so the next day we spent cleaning the apartment. After a couple of days also their cleaning team came and they cleaned everything properly. Heating is very poor, 2 AC can not heat all the rooms in winter time.

Pros: Reception provided excellent assistance. The apartment was indeed clean and had a well-functioning air conditioner. The location is easily accessible via taxi, with proximity to a shopping mall. It appears to be quite safe, with a receptionist and security personnel available around the clock. The room service from the restaurant appears to be offered at a very reasonable price. The pool was clean, but unfortunately, the pools reception did not provide a lock, even though there were many available lockers. I intend to rebook here, primarily due to the exceptionally professional and helpful receptionist.
Cons: If you do not have a rental car, the only means of transportation to the location would be a taxi. Locating the place using Uber might present some challenges. A grocery store is not conveniently located near the place.

A good stay
Pros: Room was very spacious with all materials needed to cook, iron etc - was essentially a fully furnished apartment! Some reviews say that you have to walk loads to get to the pool, this is wrong. Yes the pool does belong to another hotel, but can be accessed from this hotel. Free parking was an amazing bonus.
Cons: I found the ladies at the spa quite obnoxious. A deposit of €50 is required when checking in, which was never communicated with us before check in. It is almost impossible to find, even when using google maps. The location is not ideal if you don’t have a car. We found dead bugs in the cupboard next to the glasses and the floors were absolutely FILTHY.

Pros: The apartment is lovely. All the amenities you need are there but you have to keep asking main desk if anything is missing. Oh and the swimming pool is in the next door hotel its not very big and the staff expect you to not change in there facilities. We had a lady with a white top very rude kept saying to us to go back in your wet clothes we explained several times that at least let us dry ourselves shes was very angry, Honestly, it was crazy 🤪
Cons: We came into the apartment to a full bin of garbage. The first impression was not good ,throughout our visit we asked the staff to sort the extractor fan in our kitchen so smoke doesn't build up but this was not done at all .

Feel like home, luxury at good price
Pros: Nice modern apartment with washing machine, big fridge freezer, big kitchen with utensils, balcony, free access to swim and gym. Restaurants and shops in complex and city star mall near by.
Cons: Only one bathroom.

Pros: I liked the lodging: the rooms and the living room were tidy,comfortable and clean. The kitchen and the terrace were incredible cushy and proper .The toilet and the bathroom were also clean and tidy. The WiFi was super good.
Cons: The TV wasn't smart. We couldn't watch YouTube. We couldn't swim without a swimming head cover in the swimming pool. We had to buy each one.The hotel is far from the shopping centers and from the touristic attractions.

Pros: I like their patient and helpful nature and providing us with required materials and stuff if needed. in fact, even we had a problem with ac unit, but they have exchanged our reserved room with another thanks very much for the work team
