Pros: The location was good near to the main road. There are few steps climbing to reach there . The room was big and spacious. There was view on the 4th floor and sliding door to go out on emergency stairs. There was hot water
Cons: There is so sound isolation. If you have noisy neighbours as we had you won't be able to sleep. It was as if they were in our room. . The kitchen utensils are two plates and a knife and forks and two very scared pans.

Great value for money
Pros: I was traveling with my mum, and we needed a room with 2 twin beds and a kitchen to cook in. So, we got the kind of room we needed at Joy Suits. Everything was very good, and we are very thankful to the staff members at the reception for their hospitality and willingness to help us out with anything we needed. The apartment got cleaned every day. The location of the apartment is superb- it’s within a 5-minute walking distance from the metro and the bus station. There are 2 supermarkets and plenty of other shops where you can find pretty much anything you need. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that there is a direct bus from the accommodation to one of the public beaches in Yesilkoy (bus 72T). The bus journey is about 1 hour, and it goes through the European part of the city. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will consider coming back next year.
Cons: The room could use some maintenance: it was a bit dark in the evening as not all the lamps were working. In addition, guests could benefit from a few extra pieces of cooking utensils and dishes.

Pros: The hotel is comfortable, clean and tidy. The staff is always ready to help you. They are very polite. I will come back again.
Cons: There was an oven and a gas stove, but the utensils you had to cook food in were very bad and unclean. I also wish there were utensils.

Pros: I had an amazing stay at Joy Suite. Everything was perfect. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and filled with natural light. The daily housekeeping was excellent, and the receptionist was always helpful, making my stay so pleasant that I extended it. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay in Harbiye
Pros: The staff are really nice, the rooms are a good size. Everything works as it should. The public transport is really accessible.
Cons: The kitchen is not equipped for cooking. The cleaning is inconsistent.

Nice little apartment with everything you need and responsive staff.
Pros: We stayed one week. Short walk to Taksim, very close to cafes, banks, supermarkets. Everything we asked for was provided promptly (toilet paper, housekeeping etc).
Cons: Wifi wasn’t great but still ok.

Pros: It was a perfect stay!! The owner is a fantastic person, kind and very helpful, the area is very quiet and safe, at the reception there is always someone who controls who comes in and who goes out and cameras everywhere so for a woman traveling alone it is very safe! We will definitely come back next year!! Thanks for the welcome see you soon!
