Excellent location - I recommend!

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of shopping area and very close to restaurants and bars. Very clean, quiet and with very friendly staff it’s all about you need when you try to find a place to stay. Having a underground parking area ( included in the price), it’s perfect and you don’t need to worry where you can park the car. It’s third time when we choose this property and definitelly will came again.

Pros: The hotel location was wonderful and the check in and check out was fast. The car parking is under the hotel exactly and it is free.

Pros: I have stayed here several times. Very kind treatment and manners from Mr. Ali, as well as Mr. Younes and Mrs. Belen. Responsive service and easy check-in.

Cons: The furniture needs improvement, some kitchen utensils, the quality of the doors and bathrooms, and in the winter there is no heating. I hope there is a solution to this.

Spacious Apartment in a Great Location, but Some Improvements Needed

Pros: The apartment we stayed in was very spacious. It included a living room with a kitchenette, a large terrace, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment was also equipped with a fridge, washing machine, ironing board, and iron, which was very convenient. The location is excellent, situated right next to two large malls. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. Parking is free and easy, with the option to use the hotel’s underground parking as well.

Cons: However, I would say there’s room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The sofa in the living room was a bit worn and had some stains, and it seemed to me that the floor hadn’t been cleaned recently. We had breakfast included, but it was delivered to the room rather than served as a buffet. It was the same both days and didn’t include any hot beverages. The breakfast arrived around 9:00-9:15 a.m., which can be inconvenient if you need to leave earlier. The first day, we missed it, and it was left on the floor outside our apartment door. When we returned in the late afternoon, it was still there. The plates were covered with cling film, but I don’t think it’s ideal for food to sit on the floor in the hallway when it could simply be placed inside the room.
