Pros: Friendly very helpful staff,nice rooms and located near restaurants and transport

Fabulous. There is no other word to describe our stay.

Pros: LOcation of the hotel you can not fault! Superb, close to all amenities, 10 minutes walking distance to the Blue Mosque. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Nice and very safe neighbourhood.

Cons: A bit noisy as it was so close to the shops and restaurants but I am nit picking!

Pros: Staff were welcoming and very helpful, taking our bags to our room at 1.30 in the morning.

Pros: We liked , everything staff very nice ! They upgrade our room because the bad experience we had in the last moment because we had another hotel booked and im sorry im gonna say the name here because i cant give them a review idk what is the reason ( Sultan Suleyman Palace and Spa ) I cant say how good Imagine Istanbul was ! Very clean very nice , the staff all the time there to help you and the location good !

great location and comfortable room

Pros: great location, staff were very friendly and very helpful. bed was comfy and rooms were clean.

Amazing

Pros: Staff is absolutely lovely and can not do enough to help you. Location is perfect, 7 minute walk to Hagia and tram lines. Local shops and easy to catch taxi. A lot of uphill walking but that is Istanbul for you.

Cons: Breakfast was pretty basic. We only had it twice due to this. My kids had mini pancakes and cereal, so did not go hungry.

Convenient stay in Sultanahmet

Pros: Located within walking distance to the main attractions in Sultanahmet. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: The street that the property is located on is quite steep - expect a short uphill trek!

Pretty good overall

Pros: Really good location! They sorted a taxi for us from airport. Friendly staff and tidy rooms. Very close to everywhere

Cons: No sound proofing and the window wouldn’t close so could hear everything

Compact boutique hotel offering a quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul exceptional service to its gue

Pros: The staff at the hotel were wonderful. They went above and beyond expectations and were happy to help with any request. The hotel was clean and the rooms were a good size and well equipped with comfortable beds. The breakfast included mostly Turkish food with some international foods including eggs, fruit, etc. The hotel is located in an older part of Istanbul with cobblestone streets, some steep hills and uneven narrow footpaths so it probably wouldn’t suit older travellers or people who have difficulty walking. It is convenient to lots of shops, local restaurants etc and a short taxi ride to the more modern side of Istanbul across the river.

Cons: The room came with a very small fridge. Some mini bar items and snacks would have been nice.
