Istanbul is simply one of the best destinations we visited!

Pros: Kuzen Hotel was fenomenal! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely comming back!

Pros: Everything was amazing. All the staff were cheerful. Nimet who is responsible for all the arragements is also has perfect hospitality. Room had a daily cleaning. Location was great.

I like it

Pros: friendly stuff as usually, a little bit noisy if you want silwnt mode :) but they try to do the best and cover the noise with double windows. is 4 time when I stay here so for me is ok

Great hotel with great stuff, nice rooms and good location!

Pros: Very conveniently located, close to the Metro and ferries. Very nice staff. Some minor problems when checking in which they sorted quickly, I'd definitely stay here again!

Cons: Some of the room safes did not work properly, solved with a room change.

Pros: Wow, what a little gem for the price, in the heart of a bustling area so a little bit of noise but nothing I couldn't handle and I hate noise, it all finished at a reasonable time and it was dark, quiet and peaceful. I booked a single room which was perfect for what I needed, the hotel staff were brilliant and helpful. Enough storage in room, excellent bathroom and shower. Very clean and comfy. I absolutely loved this hotel and what a fabulous area

Pros: Usual, not expensive hotel at the centre at Kadikoy.

Cons: There are a lot of bars and cafes around and there are too noisy in the evening. There is no kettle to make tea. There is not tea service at the reception. I had to go to another cafe to make a tea. Can you imagine it? There is no tea in a Turkish hotel. Also the staff was unfriendly.

Would come again, great location

Pros: We stayed only for one night, so it was okay. Bathroom was clean, room was spacious enough, bed was comfy. Location is great. Close to ferry and metro M4 from airport.

Cons: Furniture needs some refresh, there was open balcony behind closed curtains in the room, we did not know that, so anybody could get in while we were away. Man at reception desk was not very welcoming, did not tell us anything about check out time, breakfast times etc. Just gave us a room card and goodbye.
