Great place and great staff

Pros: Great place! Super kind staff. I had allergies and he made me food adjusted for that. Service available on the phone 24/7. Safe and comfortable, and I was there alone. Highly recommend

Pros: The Hotel is at an excellent location, in terms of being close to public transport and on Isteklal Street. The Hotel staff were great and super friendly, they made us feel very welcome and at home. The rooms were clean and cozy.

Cons: Unfortunately the location also has some night club next to it, so you could hear the music late into the night. The hotel needs to soundproof its rooms better.

Good place to stay near Taksim

Pros: Excellent location, very close to Taksim Square and the airport shuttle bus. The staff was really nice and polite, always ready to help. I stayed two times, and once they offered me to improve my room for free, and the second time gave me a discount for my birthday. Thank you!

Cons: The Wi-Fi connection wasn't stable and the bathroom in the single room had some mould:( There are many bars close to the hotel, and you can hear some noise in the room (I didn't mind as I sleep tight), but, as a girl, I wouldn't walk alone late at night just in case.

Nice place for a short visit in the heart of the city and with excellent service. Value for money!

Pros: The staff was excellent. Parsa and Shanny were both excellent. Whatever i ask them they were very helpful. Also the location is in the heart of the city.

Cons: Because it was in the center of the city there were some noises in the night.

Very nice stay!

Pros: The staff was great!Very polite and helpfull!No complain! The location was great also!The breakfast also was very nice!

Cons: The bathroom area was not so nice.There where holes in the walls.No hanger for the towels!And the shower cabinet was very small.You can barely move.And no place to leave your staff near the sink also. In general the bathroom needs a little bit of care and fixing.
