A nice and friendly hotel

Pros: -Good location: 2 underground within walking distance / shops and restaurants nearby -Very friendly staffs -room was clean and I had all the essentials I needed, including a small fridge -nice and big balcony -very good price-value ratio

Cons: -please a bit more drink for breakfast (water or soft drink) -sometimes food was already cold by the time I got there

Clean hotel in a very nice location

Pros: Location was very nice in quite place among local people and old/clean city. Breakfast in the hotel resturant is acceptable. Very clean room Staff are corporative and helpful.

Cons: The room is very small. Noise hearing from outside. Windows are not soundproof.

Pros: I recently stayed at The Best House Old Hotel in Istanbul, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had while traveling. Everything was just right. The price was very reasonable, especially for what you get. The room looked exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and really charming. Breakfast was included and it was lovely each morning, with a nice variety and fresh food. But what really stood out to me was the staff. They were beyond amazing—so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. They made me feel so welcome and taken care of, which made a huge difference during my stay. If you’re heading to Istanbul and want a place that feels like a home away from home, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I’ll definitely be back!

overall it was a pleasant stay.

Pros: The location was good, close to the metro station, by foot you need around 10 minutes to laleli, 25 minutes to Grand bazar.. etc… The staff was friendly and helpful.
