Good value close to the airport.

Pros: Parking off street directly in front of the hotel. Good shower. Good sized family room. Nice room service breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons: Toilet looks old and ragged.

Great Experience

Pros: I had a lovely experience at Inalens Hotel. The reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout my stay. The night receptionist was especially kind, he even offered me a complimentary drink, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport, and my Uber fare was very reasonable. Overall, I was really pleased with the service and would definitely choose to stay there again.

Pros: Absolutely phenomenal staff, ready to help and recommend food places if you are a foodie. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was simple and well represented. It was not a buffet but rather to start a day, simply ok for free.

Cons: 1. Suggesting to pay attention to bathrooms before handing the keys 2. There was odor flof cigarette, which is a simple fix by puttingnait freshners and incense in the room to eliminate the smell.

Pros: The staff at the hotel (Mert) was really helpful and very friendly to accommodate all our requests (taxi, late booking and even room breakfast when we arrived later and left earlier).

Pros: The hotel is located at an excellent location close to the Istanbul Airport and right next to a sizeable mall where you can find everything easily. The room was large, clean and comfortable, albeit a little old and outdated. The place is an excellent value for money if you want to stay a few nights. The hotel has no elevator, so the person at the reception (Sina) was kind enough to haul the suitcases to the second floor upon check-in, and also then bring them down at check-out. Also, there is no dining room, so the breakfast was also brought to us to our room which was a nice touch. The only downside of the breakfast was that it was cold and extremely small, so we had to grab something to eat in the late morning. There was occasionally some noise at night with other guests arriving/leaving on the same floor, but this is to be expected in a busy hotel.

Cons: The bathroom was very small so that water from the shower area goes everywhere and wets the floor of the entire bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast is cold and too small for an adult, with cold meat and cold fries and some cheese as well as jam and veggies. There is no elevator so can be challenging for those with limited mobility. However, the folks at the reception (in particular Sina) were extremely friendly and tried to make up for all of these shortcomings by going out of their way to propose solutions.
