Pros: الشقة ممتازة في نظافتها و سعتها و توفر دورات المياه حيث يتوفر فيها غرفتين ماستر و دورة مياه للصالة ، المطبخ فيه جميع الأدوات ، التدفئة مركزيه ، معاملة موظف العمارة السيد علي رائعة و هو ذا خلق و يتكلم الإنجليزية و متعاون جدا

Cons: العزل الصوتي رديئ الشقة غير مطلة على منظر طبيعي لا يوجد مرآة في الشقة غير ما في دورات المياه يوجد في الطابق الأرضي نادي للأطفال فيه موسيقى صاخبة و مزعجة ( ممكن الطلب من مسؤول العمارة ان يطلب من إدارة النادي بتخفيف الصوت )
