Pros: Evriting was very nice , very clean , exactly like in pics, you have evriting what you need there , is really worth it.

Excellent apartment

Pros: Location, security features, well maintained. Lounge and kitchen area is huge and very well decorated and furnished. Easy check in and check out. Easy to communicate with the owner. Right next to metro station for easy commute to Istanbul. Zaintjmbarnu high st is literally 2 mins away. Also very nice cafes and restaurants few minutes away from the apartment.

Cons: 2nd room- easily can provide a bed instead of a sofa bed. But the sofas in the lounge are very comfortable.

Pros: A wonderful apartment with excellent furniture and appliances. the location is very good, there are shops nearby, a pedestrian boulevard with shops and cafes, and a metro station (marmaray) right next to the entrance. 13-15 minutes to the city center and main attractions.

Pros: Ideal location. Close to the metro, 10 minutes to the center. There are shops and cafes nearby. Cozy apartment. We highly recommend this apartment.

Cons: No hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel). There are no simple ingredients for cooking (salt, pepper, butter, sugar, etc.). Not very good ventilation in the bathroom.

Top location, top apartment

Pros: You can have the comfort of home in this stylish en clean apartment. Also the easy access to public transportation, free parking, shops and markets makes this a top location. The self check in instructions are easy. Absolutely will stay here again.

Great Location, beautiful living room and safe neighborhood.

Pros: it is at prime location for travel around( next to Marmaray train station and 93T bus), eating in a nice restaurants( Fişekhane restaurants in walking distance) and local markets(Boulevard 58 is next to you). You can walk 5 minutes to reach Beach park and have a nice morning or evening walk, I was amazed by the safety of neighborhood. We took 10;30 pm Marmaray train to Uskudar station, train is easy to take, cheap, clean and safe. Apartment itself is very clean and manager is very helpful, living room has plenty of spaces. My wife told me that the kitchen is great, they provided all important kitchen utensils in very organized manner.

Cons: A little bit concerned in the beginning days regarding door lock is controlled by phone app thinking if we have low battery, luckily we did not have any issue with it.

Pros: Locatia buna, apartamentul spatios cu tot ce ai nevoie.. propietarii foarte draguti.. daca ai o problema te ajuta si raspund promt. deci totul a fost perfect .

Cons: nu exista nimic la acest aspect

Pros: Die Kommunikation war spitze, wodurch das kontaktlose Einchecken kinderleicht geklappt hat. Die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn ist ideal um schnell ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder dafür hat die Wohnung ausreichend Platz. Außerdem befindet man sich in keinem Touristischen Viertel was den Vorteil hat in Restaurants und Einkaufsläden die für einheimische üblichen Preise zu zahlen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

Cons: Hinter dem Haus wird gerade gebaut was man tagsüber etwas hört. Das ist aber nicht störend da Nachts nicht gearbeitet wird. Man sollte sich vom dunklen/alten Treppenhaus des Hauses nicht abschrecken lassen, die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön.

Pros: Свежий ремонт, брендовая бытовая техника. Распложение рядом со станцией Мармарая, очень удобно для самостоятельных вылазок в город. В шаговой доступности хороший супермаркет FILA. Также паралельно идет улочка, пригодня для завтраков и ужинов в многочисленных кафе. Много банкоматов (Ziraat все еще не берет комисию за снятие наличных по состоянию на июнь 2024) До моря 5 минут пешком (для прогулок, не для купания) Но если хочется оборудованного пляжа, то 15 минут на Мармарае до станции Floria - и там он есть

Cons: Отсутствие минимальных хозяйственных вещей, которые хотелось бы иметь по приезду в апартаменты: мешки для мусора, гель и губка для мытья посуды, таблетки для посудомоечной машины.
