Pros: Exceptional politeness of hosts and cleanliness of room. Facilities work good. Feruza was ready to help with everything and she is doing her work great and with soul. Bed is comfortable. One of the best value for money ratio in my whole tripping experience

Pros: We had an amazing 10-day stay in Istanbul with my spouse, and the house we rented was absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic—just a 15-minute walk to Taksim Square and less than 8 minutes to the vibrant Istiklal Street, making it super convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood is surrounded by plenty of supermarkets, which was incredibly handy for our daily needs. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, creating a cozy home-away-from-home vibe. A special shoutout to the lovely lady who handled the key handover—she was incredibly polite, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. We’re already looking forward to our next trip to Istanbul, and we’ll definitely choose this house again without hesitation!

Pros: My friends stayed at a 5 star hotel but ZELYA flats had things that their hotel was missing, including a washing machine in the room, an extractor fan in the bathroom, a freezer within the fridge, no problems with disturbing or being disturbed by neighbours.

Pros: We recently had the pleasure of staying at Zelya flats in Istanbul, with my family and friends and it was truly a remarkable experience. Zelya, the owner, and Firuza, her co-worker, went above and beyond in ensuring a fantastic stay. Their warm hospitality and meticulous attention to detail were evident throughout my visit. The highlight was undoubtedly the New Year party they organized on a yacht. The seamless arrangements, thoughtful touches, and their personal involvement made the event unforgettable. Zelya and Firuza's dedication to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere truly sets Zelya flats apart. The accommodations were comfortable, the location was excellent, but it was the exceptional service and genuine care from Zelya and Firuza that made my stay truly exceptional. We highly recommend Zelya flats for a memorable and delightful stay in Istanbul.\

Pros: Good apartments for overnight stays during a trip. There is everything that is needed. The host responds quickly and resolve any issues. Excellent price for apartments that can accommodate several guests. Despite the fact that apartments are not new, everything is very clean and tidy upon check-in.

Cons: A shower in the main bathroom lacks a door to prevent water splashes from spreading all over the floor and soaking hanging items. The plumbing fixtures and showerhead are of low quality; it takes about 5 minutes of adjusting between hot and cold water to set the right temperature and water pressure. The hallway light sensor only activates in a specific area, and the entrance to the apartment and the exit from one of the rooms are not covered. The locks periodically jam or do not work. We could not manage to lock the door to the terrace from outside and the small room. Once, we had to wait in the house hallway for an assistant to come and help open the front door.
