Taksim Nida Flats

Almost flawless stay

Pros: I was a bit skeptical when booking it as this appt. has only few reviews and last time i booked an appt. with few reviews which was 10 star was such a disaster and am very happy that i was proven wrong. The apartment is very clean, no cigarette or bad smell, very good size, everything works as expected. The location is also good, It's close to Taxim which is central for pretty much everything, the building itself is well maintained, clean and secured. Everything was almost flawless and we stayed 9 nights. And seen a review about constant noise at night but we didn't hear a thing and slept like a baby.

Good for a cheap accomodation if you want to discover Istanbul

Pros: Large appartment, good airco, close to Taksim square

Cons: Very little amenities (1 roll of toilet paper, no dishwashing soap, only 2 forks and no knifes,...)

Pros: I stayed in this apartment with my children at the beginning of the year. I liked the cleanliness of the apartment. Even though it was winter, the radiators were heating well.

Pros: I really liked the cleanliness of the apartment, everything was spotless, the sheets and pillows smelled delicious. It was a very large and spacious apartment. The owner gave quick answers to all our questions. There are 2 supermarkets right next to the apartment. Air conditioning was working well.

Pros: I stayed in a studio apartment. The apartment was located on the ground floor. It was quite spacious and clean. It was enjoyable to cook in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. 5 minutes walking distance to central places.

Modern and comfortable apartment

Pros: The apartment was the same as in the photo. I entered the apartment with the help of a password box.That was very easy .the instructions are very clear. Hotel management sent a video with instructions It was comfortably and modernly designed, the cleanliness was excellent, the kitchen was well-equipped, the sheets and linens smelled delicious. The location is 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from central places. There are two supermarkets nearby. I would recommend it to everyone.

good value for money

Pros: - the host is a nice person, we had a problem during the checking-in, but he settled it in a friendly manner - the location is close to Taksim / Istiklal, but keep in mind that to get there you'll need to walk uphill several hundred meters - the apartment itself has good furniture and the bathroom is nice (but with a sink in the hall)

Cons: - we spent one night in a basement apartment (also belongs to Nida flats) and it was really not so good with a smell and humidity...but the upper apartments are fine - neighbourhood could be a little noisy sometimes

It was comfortable and pretty affordable stay and close to the attractions

Pros: The staff was very accommodating and location was very nice near taksim. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Cons: The approach to the property was not very clean. But that is the responsibility of the municipality.

All in all it was nice experience, strongly recommend to saty at Abdullah's place.

Pros: The location is great: not far from the centre but pretty quite. The first day we came neighbours celebrated smth and got a small sweet outside party with dances and songs; it was ended before the midnight and for me personally it looks like indicator of a friendly and non-dangerous district :) Also, two shops are located in 3 min walk so grocery is not a problem at all. The place looks exactly as on the photo. The place is clean and neat. The host was sweet too and helped us to lift the bags. Towels were changed every 3 days. We were also left a small instruction on how to get a taxi, where are the shops located and etc. The host also helped to order a taxi to the airport.

Cons: It has pretty narrow ladder - beware but if your bags aren't heavy it's not a problem. Note that no water is provided and if you arrive at night the shop may be already closed so it's better to have some drinking water with you.

Exceptional

Pros: wonderful apartment very clean very comfortable bed with air condition, newly renovated bathroom and fully equipped kitchen it has everything needed. Short walk to famous Istiklal street also short walk to the bus station to get local buses. The owner Abdullah is a wonderful person helped me so much especially when I had an accident on my first day ( not major ) and I called him just after 1am he quickly came to my rescue and assisted with everything he even offered me to pay my hospital bill and the following day he invited me for a breakfast and we chatted and got all the tips I needed. What a wonderful person, my fourth day my flight was delayed and when I asked Abdullah to checkout late he said no problem what a legend. I will definitely come back and stay here 1) because of Abdullah 2) because 4 days wasn’t enough to cover all over Istanbul.
