Pros: Very cool place, comfortable and nicely designed. Great location, near the metro station. Staff was super helpful. Would just recommend upgrading the kitchen equipment a bit - we did not have any glasses for example when we've arrived. But other than that, everything was super nice, highly recommend this place.

Pros: So far, one of the best apartements I've ever stayed in Istanbul! The atmosphere was super cozy and the staff was super nice and flexible with solutions! The cleanliness and top interiors just added points to this location! I'll definitely come back here!

My favourite apartment among 4 within 2 weeks

Pros: The interior design was so stylish and cool, my youngest auntie specifically chose this apartment for its appearance, the staff were responsive to our questions and demands in WhatsApp, and were so helpful, they were so kind and understanding which is something i adore in people, i hope to stay here once again when i visit istanbul in the future

Pros: Very walk-able area with plenty of shops and things to do around. Very close to many transport options, incl. buses and metro.

Overall, for the price during the peak season, the apartments are exceeded expectations.

Pros: We spent six nights at Alness Residence and were very pleased with our stay. The location is excellent for a family: a clean and quiet area with shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a metro (Osmanbey) and bus stop. The building is new, as are the apartments, and they were clean and cozy. The apartments were at 1st floor (not a basement) and equipped with all the necessary furniture and appliances, everything is new and in working order.

Cons: I recommend contacting the administrator in advance to confirm the number of beds. We were provided with two double beds instead of the one double and two single beds that were stated. This was not a serious problem for us, and we slept quite comfortably. Sometimes in the evenings, there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms, possibly from the neighbors or the corridor. We did not investigate further, but I recommend checking this issue. For 3 out of 6 nights, there was the sound of a washing machine running for at least three hours, particularly at night, and it was especially noticeable in the bedroom with the mini safe. This was not critical for us, as we were tired after shopping tours, but it is something to be aware of.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Good location, lice apartment and very friendly staff. We stay for 9 nights and it was really good option for long stay.

Great place for a longer stay.

Pros: The hotel was situated in a good location, and easy to reach all areas of central Istanbul. The staff, a pleasant fellow named Basil was helpful and affable. On the whole, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

Cons: Room cleaning services were insufficient for a 3 week stay. I believe that they would have done more, had I asked, but it shouldn't be necessary.. They should replace the dishwasher provided with a tumble dryer.

Best place to stay in Istanbul

Pros: Everything was exceptional! Service, staff, location.. everything! It's 3min to the Osmanbey metro station and 20min walk to Taksim square.

Cons: It may get a bit noisy during the night and the bed is a bit small for 2 people, but it was not that big problem :)

Pros: The location is great, close to metro and walking distance to many nice cafes and restaurants. Staff is amazing, very nice and helpful.

Cons: We liked everything, this is more as heads up for any future visitors. This is a residence so there is no daily cleaning, keep your rooms nice and tidy. Also, if you are taller then 170 cm, double bed may be a bit tight for two people.
