Pros: From the very first moments, I was impressed by the warm welcome, especially from Serhat at the reception. His genuine client-oriented approach and impeccable service set the tone for my entire stay. The hotel itself is a true gem: beautifully designed, with spacious rooms, wonderfully comfortable beds, and the great advantage of a swimming pool. Every detail reflects the standards of a true five-star property. It is not my first time staying here, and I can say with confidence that the consistency of quality, combined with a very pleasant price, makes this hotel one of my favorites.

Pros: The resepation Team (Raja & Nourhana), the are the best cooperative and helpful member in that hotel. The hotel location is very good nearby Sabiha airport. The hotel included the biggest outlet and shopping mall that you can enjoyable before travelling back home. One or two nights are more than enough before travelling back. Thanks again for there cooperation and support, till we see you again.

Pros: The location was amazing. The mall is huge and location was very good. Breakfast was great and delicious. No need to go to anywhere if you stay in that hotel. You can go for shopping, coffee shop and many restaurants are under that hotel. For going back plan to stay for one or two nights before leaving. I recommend if you are leaving from Sabiha airport to stay in that hotel \

Pros: The location is super, direct entrance to Viaport shopping center. Staff is amazing. Special thanks to Shahnosa from reception. She was very helpful and resolved all our requests starting from late checkout and finished by shuttle bus. The hotel is clean and well decorated. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Cons: Food in the hotel is overpriced a little bit, but in the shopping center near, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes for any valet and budget.

Pleasant&comfortable staying

Pros: Spacious room, comfortable mattress, crown decor, provided some compliments for the guests as hot drinks and mineral water, iron and board in the wardrobe. The towels were big and clean. Impressive breakfast! All perfect!

The best hotel in Istanbul!!!

Pros: I visit Turkey often - for work and for a ride with my motorcycle. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Istanbul! Even for me, this is the best hotel I have stayed in in all of Turkey! I will visit it again. I highly recommend it!

Cons: The pool is located in the lowest part of the hotel and is dark

Pros: The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The room service is fast. They offer kids menu.

Cons: We asked the reception staff to call us a taxi to the airport but they refused us . Instead they offer us hotel transfer for 30 euro and the taxi took 5 euro.
