Pros: the room was very good ,the staff is very helpful, location is very good, cleanliness was good the breakfast was good also and i want to specially thank Fatma the front office ( reception ) she was very kind and helpfull

Cons: the gym was too small my advise is to make it bigger than that in the future may be you can make an extension

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is very good, everything is close and easy to reach, which made the trip much more comfortable. The hotel was clean and pleasant, but what stood out the most was the staff. The people working in the hotel restaurant were very kind, helpful, and always welcoming. I would especially like to thank Erguvan and Natali. They were incredibly friendly and supportive, and their attitude made me feel truly welcome. Small things like this really make a big difference. Overall, a great experience and I would gladly stay here again.
