Pros: The staff is very friendly and tries to help and resolve all issues.

Cons: One downside: I always pay with Apple Pay everywhere, but at the hotel, Apple Pay doesn't work—only a physical card with a chip, and for some reason the transaction never went through. It's best to have cash on hand. When we pulled into the nearest parking lot, we asked if we could pay by card, and they confirmed it. When we left, they said cash only and wouldn't let us out of the car, which delayed us.

Nice place to visit Istanbul.

Pros: A nice view on Istanbul and the sea at the last floor. Carring People Local breakfast. At the arrival the street is not given the spirit of the hotel. Family hotel. But very well placed in the center next best place for restaurant 5 min from the tramway and grand hazard. Speak English I recommend

Stay like in Home

Pros: The hotel is excellent, and its location is close to the market, with many restaurants and Turkish sweets shops nearby. The hotel manager is a very respectful and well-mannered person who treats guests exceptionally well. Mr. Shehzad is also a wonderful person; he helped me with using the metro and was extremely kind, even lending me his own metro card. This made me feel that he treated me like a brother, not just a guest. The hotel is clean, and the room was tidy and well-organized. Considering the price paid, the hotel offers excellent value. The room size was good, the bathroom was clean, and the area was quiet. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and would like to thank the hotel manager and Mr. Shehzad for their kind and warm hospitality.

Cons: This point is not negative, but just for clarification: the hotel is located at the bott of a downhill road, and reaching the tram line or the Grand Bazaar requires about a 15-minute uphill walk, which may be difficult for elderly guests or those suffering from back or heart conditions. However, there is a nearby metro line close to the hotel, although it is not as practical or convenient.

Pros: Overall, the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the value for money was good. It was a pleasant stay, and I would gladly recommend it.

Pros: We had a great time staying here! Lovely location close to the Grand Market and vibrant restaurants. The train is also very close by.

Pros: We stayed at hotel during our trip to Istanbul and were very satisfied. The location is excellent – close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and other main sights, yet quiet and comfortable. The rooms are clean, cozy and well maintained. Staff are always polite, helpful and ready to assist with any requests, which made our stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, a great start to the day. Overall, Palmera Old City offers very good value and creates a welcoming atmosphere for travelers. Highly recommended!

Good trip

Pros: The hotel is closed to Beyazıt-Kapalicarsi trams and bus.The staff is helpfull and welcome.Breakfast is ok considering the price, menemen is very good.

Cons: Bath water is not standing sometimes and shower head must change

Pros: We were very content with our stay in Palmera Old City Hotel. Convienient localization, kind and helpful staff, cosy room and tasty food - both breakfasts and dinners. i can highly recommend the hotel.

Cons: I feel it could have been a bit cleaner. The sheets, for example had marks and rips and the bathroom was not completely clean when I arrived.
