Pros: نظيف وقربه من البحيرة وتعامل صاحب الكوخ ممتاز وفي الخدمة دائما

Cons: الكوخ صغير وغير واسع عرض الكوخ لايتجاوز 2.5 متر وكذلك وجود السرير في الطابق الثاني والصعود له بالسلم متعب جداً جداً للكبار فضلا أن كان معهم صغار والسقف قريب جدا من السرير لاتستطيع الوقوف بجانب السرير مثلاً اما المسبح والجلسة الخارجية فليس فيه خصوصية فيه عمارة مجاورة تكشف عليه ومكتوب في وصف الكوخ إطلالات وليس هناك أي إطلالة سوى موقعه بجانب المزرعه
