Great value for money

Pros: Top location for the price and Razmik the staff is very helpful. They stored my luggage for 2 weeks while I was away.

Cons: I got a better room the 2nd time of my stay. Apparently rooms are different. I couldn't find it first time because the sign of the hotel is very small, hardly visible from the street, with narrow door entrance. But many locals on the street, so you can ask them. They even helped me to call the owner or person in charge.

Pros: Photos and information and reviews about facilities at this property was exactly same on Booking.com. So we had a better understanding before going to the hotel and had no disappointments . We picked the hotel because of the location and the price. Perfect Location and it is the best for the price. Just walking distance to Taksim tunnel and Taksim Market and not very far from the main tourist locations like Galata Tower , Blue mosque , Hagia Sofia etc. Even in night it was not difficult to take public transport to come back to the hotel so we had nothing to worry about being late. ( Not very late ) There are a lot of shops and food places around the hotel and they are open all day specially Taksim market is literally open whole night .

Cons: Nothing bad about the hotel. When we were check in to the hotel , we used google maps to find the hotel. We couldn't see the name board. As all building look same there , we had to ask few people to locate the hotel. Just suggesting if you could put a little big bigger name board. Not mandatory. Just a suggestion.

Recommended to travellers with low budget, great location with very humble vibe

Pros: It has perfect location, literally 2 mins away from Taksim square. The price of this property is very reasonable for its location. The staff was very responsible and friendly.

Cons: It is a very old apartment without elevator. I was expecting that when I saw the pictures provided on Booking.com; however, the actual condition looked worse than the pictures. It wasn't dirty, but was just pretty old and run-down. Luckily all the facilities functioned well. But all the above negative opinions were compensated by the low price and great location. You get what you pay for.

I liked my peaceful stay, I would return here again.

Good and not expensive place in great location.

Pros: Not expensive place right next to Taksim Square. The location is perfect. Don't expect a luxury place, it is adequate to the price. I was many times in Budak and always have a good experience with the staff. Thank you for check in in the middle of the night. Actually it is not a hotel so I always feel like in a private little flat in the center of Istanbul. I never had any problems in Budak.
