Overall, a pleasant stay with great location and friendly service

Pros: The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety, especially the pastries and fruits. The location was perfect—quiet yet very close to the city center. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

Cons: The air conditioning could have worked better. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was weak in our room.

EXCEPTIONAL STAY

Pros: Exceptional stay, and we extended our stay for another 4 weeks. We will be back in October. All the staff are polite and friendly and when asked a problem by us , they corrected it for us .. Certainly will be recommending our warm and welcoming place of stay to all of our friends back home .. Well done team ZIN D and keep up the good work .

Pros: The hotel is close to the metro station. The room was clean. There is also possible to use swimming pool in the hotel. The staff was helpful. There is also a supermarket nearby. To Sabiha Gokcen airport it is possible to travel by metro with one change from there. I was satisfied with my stay here.

Receptionist Sinan was helpful guy, and the cafe staff is very friendly

Pros: very good staff, good location, love the cats allowed inside the building.

Cons: During the stay my room not cleaning the room or changing the sheets.

Pros: Location is ok,rooms are ok,not first class,but ok.For that money just fine.Girl on reception was very helpful,i think her name is Sacide.So were the other guys also.We were there for buisness so we were not that much in rooms.

Cons: Maybe more often to change towels.

Friendly people, clean hotel, good food :)

Pros: The property itself was spacious and comfortable. The Staff, especially Elif and Osman were great in helping me with whatever I needed. Great stay

Cons: There was a sauna and a swimming pool - it would have been nice to be given access to those by default and not having to ask for it.
