Great cozy room

Pros: A cozy little room located in the heart of Beşiktaş, surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It's conveniently close to many major sightseeing spots. The room includes a small kitchen—which we didn’t use—but it's well-equipped for preparing simple meals like tea, coffee, or a breakfast omelette. The air conditioning is a big plus, especially for staying comfortable during hot summer days. Overall I would definitely stay there again. Very good value for money

Cons: The room has semi-blackout curtains that don’t fully block out the light, so if you prefer total darkness for sleeping, bringing a sleep mask is recommended. Additionally, at night there were people sitting and chatting in front of a nearby hotel, sometimes past midnight, which made things a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent value for money in the heart of Besiktas

Pros: Convenient location in the heart of Besiktas Practical facilities with everything you need - bedsheets, towels, small fridge, kettle and tea. Warm welcome despite the language barrier.

Cons: The only discomfort was that it was hard for towels to dry after showering since we couldn't open the windows much. Still dried, but with a slightly damp smell regularly lingering in the room.

Ali was the guy who deals with every thing, he was very helpful and honest

Great owner = safe home feel. Great location.

Pros: When the owner is gental fair person=you feel safe and home. So nice owner, very helpful, location is great everything by walking, food, bars, shopping, exchange, if you need to go other areas, like sirkeci, uskudar, or any 5mins walking to the ferry for 22TL,all bus to anywhere also 5mins enjoybal walk to bus stops,we had a baby buggy, he let us to leave it in building hall safely, owner live in same hotel building, so all good, nice smiling guy and helpful, he was fair to us too for our stay, clean is perfect in the place. No lift in the building there is 3 floors, but we got used to it, with the kids.

Cons: There is a smoking smell, but because owner nice to us I could not complain, sprayed the place. Stairs at building for buggy up and down but we got it managed, he was helpful all time.. Thank you.

Great value for money

Pros: Super helpful and responsive owner/staff. Property was clean and nicely appointed.

Cons: The bottom-floor sleeping room adjoins a boiler or some kind of hot appliance that made the wall very hot one night. Having forgotten to turn on the AC one night, I woke up covered in sweat. Shouldn't be too big a problem as long as you remember the AC.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and cosy, and there was no smell of smoking. The location is absolutely amazing, it is a lively area but the house itself is located in a rather quiet spot! Everything is located close nearby. The owner was readily available to assist and provide support when needed, and was overall a very nice person.

Cons: The only thing that might require some upgrading is the kitchen, we struggled a bit to get the stove to function properly and the utensils and dishes were somewhat lacking. Otherwise everything was great!

Great budget friendly solution to spend few days in Istanbul

Pros: Nice apartment in a quiet street near a very lively area of the neighbor

Cons: The flat is small, but it has all you need for short stays ;)

Pros: It has been three times that I stayed in Linden house.I felt comfortable because the conditions are quite good.The rooms are warm, clean and tidy.The hotel is in a quiet place and in two minutes you are in the main street which leads to the sea side and where are many shops and various bars.You can try delicious food in the restaurants or snack bars that are near the hotel.
