Excellent!

Pros: I like everything within this property and the location is amazing!

Cons: The jacuzzi on the terrace is a bit worn out and if it rains and the weather is bad, it really can't be used because there is no canopy.

Pros: The staff especially Ali and Farnoud were extremely helpful. accomodating all of our requests and going above and beyond what we expected. the rooms are extremely cozy and the shower and toilet are very clean and comfortable! Toilet has a bidet and the shower water is perfect. The location is perfect, near a metro and around the most interesting locations in the city. Food around the hotel is also rwadily available and very high quality.

Great accomodation, Great staff, Great holiday

Pros: I have stayed in a few 4 and 5 star hotels in Istanbul this property has been the best.The property was perfect. Location right in the middle of everything making getting to attractions easy. The kitchenette was well stocked but to be honest there are lots of well priced eateries,restaurants at your doorstep. But i was there for dental work so the ability to cook soft food was a great bonus. Housekeeping was great and the bed linens and towels changed daily if required. The room was exactly as pictured modern clean and very comfortable I cannot fault the residences. This is not a fault but a suggestion that rooms with kitchenette may benefit from a small bottle of dish washing liquid and a tea tea towel. All staff that i dealt with were polite professional and spoke english. All in all a great trip. Thank you I will certainly return.

Perfect :)

Pros: Totally INCREDIBLE ! Seriously, best booking I ever have. The room itself was perfect, the personal was amazing and the situation was right on the spot. In 1 min walking you have everything you need. And 5 min to the train station. I strongly recommend it.

Cons: Nothing, of course being really center in Istanbul activities you will ear some of the city noise.

Pros: I had a great stay at Jumo Residences and would definitely choose it again. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of everything, with Istiklal Street, cafés, restaurants, and transport all within walking distance. Despite being so central, the place felt comfortable and calm. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt modern and welcoming. What I appreciated most was how easy and convenient everything felt — perfect for both sightseeing and just enjoying Istanbul at your own pace. If you’re looking for a place with an excellent location, comfort, and good value, Jumo Residences is a great choice. Highly recommended!

Pros: The location was very good. The host was very helpful and polite(unfortunately I don’t remember his name. The room was very clean and had all facilities. They stored our luggages before check in and after check out.

Cons: Our room was on the back side of the building, and the window which could be opened only a little bit, was linked to a blocked area (so there was no fresh air) we were obligated to stay all night with the air conditioner on cool mode. If you cant stand the air cond you better confirm your room before.
